got me a little smoking problem

cant quite figure it out....
about 500 miles ago i took the heads off and took them all apart and cleaned up the ports and everything, reground the valves into the head, new valve stem seals and new head gasket and intake gasket

now it smokes every time i get on teh gas a little bit and i cant quite firgure that part out cause its fine if im just cruisin

any help yall?

well, i hear they have the gum in new flavors now, course, id try the patch first.

sounds to me like maybe the valve stem seals didnt seat right, or when regrinding maybe something got off a bit. At cruise oil pressure is lower, so maybe its just a slight leak that needs pressure before the oil will leak by.

think it has anything to do with me using a 5w20 synthetic? wonder if switching to a 10w30 would help at all

possible, that is a little light, i run 10w30 in mine. Could be just enough pressure when you get on it with that light oil to get past some parts.
