Don, that is a Mayers Manx orginial dune buggy for the early 70's I believe. Its basically a VW bug with a different body slapped on top powered by a 1600cc engine

car is going to be ALL red... going to keep it clean and simple. I just ordered a Devilbiss JGA HVLP spray gun so it should be here next week then the fun begins all over again.

I decided against any stripes. I just want to have a clean looking car that wont attract to much attention driving down the road.
