Got my gauges in, couple install questions.

those lil colored things for the bulbs are only if u want colored lighting, and yeah you use those u shaped brackets to mount them

The Green cover will make it more like your factory color....My F/P on the cowl is just the bulb....its pretty bright, but I wanted it bright for ouside..the covers kinda help inside tho....I have Sport-Comps too..
Both the AM pods I used the gage is like a press fit...I have nothing securing mine and they have yet to move....those brackets are good if you have something solid directly behind em to secure em, otherwise kinda tough to get them to mount inside an A pillar set-up??? not alot of room in them as it is...
try your gages inside the pod...i think you'll find the last 1/4" has to be forced right in...that'll hold em just fine...
FWIW....I used bullet connectors on all my gages........i put a male connector right at the end of the wire at the gage...run all your wiring and put females on them....its just plug and play from there....all your need is power and a ground....tit...
I ran all my wires out to the engine bay.....grabbed power at the parking light, and ground right at that Green battery ground...just plug em in...

Mine are just pushed in place....2 yrs and no movement....
