Got my new intake installed today.....???

I accidently posted this in talk, but anyways. I got my intake put on and i was told that i need a carb spacer to make it run good. Is this necessary? I called Autozone and O Rileys, and they dont carry them they will have to order one so will it be worth it to go to all of the hassel for a spacer any comments appreciated

I have a performer rpm on my 85 and I don't run an intake spacer (mainly because it won't fit under the stock hood) It runs good.

Thats one of those things that you have to test and different manufactures and different heights & materials As you can see theres a lot of varibles. Check out Wilson Manifolds at http://www.nitrousproflow.com/ theyve got a good variaty of spacers
