Like the title says, I got my new wheels today. They're 17x9 Chrome 2003 Cobra replicas. I have 245/45/17's for the front and 275/40/17 in the rear.

Any special precautions I should take for the chrome? Anything I need to do to ensure proper fitment for the bigger tires?

oh and one more question... my girlfriend got me Mr Clean's Magic Erasers for Wheels and Tires... anyone have any experience with that?

i clean my wheels everyday with clean water and a clean soft towel so they never really get dirty maybe a little dust...but my chrome looks perfect after 4 years... im scared to use chemiclas on the chrome i have had great luck with the water only just making sure everytime you touch the wheels its clean water and a clean towel

I have chrome cobra R's, and honestly to keep them clean I just use a dry paper towel. Any dust on the rim just wipes off and collects on the paper towel. Maybe after I wash my car a few times I'll wax them. Never really dabbled in chemicals on my rims.
