got my tire plugged

it seems everytime i get some new tires i have to plug them...

Not a lot of guys know this.

If you go out and spend $200 on some fancy Z-rated or better tires and get a nail in them, that tire is now basically an unrated tire. No matter how you repair it, it has lost it's speed rating.

+2 - I wouldn't drive on a patched tire personally, but I do 115mph sprints pretty much everytime I'm in the car...so....haha

Having a tire fail at high speeds is not fun.
