I am really sick of paying for all that gas in my F350 so I figured that I would get a car that was fun to drive and good in the winter. I found this 02 WRX on the internet and got a really good deal so I jumped on it. It has downpipe, catback, aftermarket boost gauge, shifter, slotted roters, lowering springs, intercooler hoses and a gauge controller/logger or some sort (I still dont know what it all does). Its DARN fun to drive. I think it will be ever more fun in the winter. It is not my picture but its all I have right now. I was not crazy about the wheels when I saw the pics but I like them in person.

Thanks for the compliments guys! It has a little turbo lag but with some of the mods that are done to it help with that. Ya I was paying on average $70 a week and that was just not cutting it. I really dont drive that much either. I find myself looking for the twistiest road that I can find now!! Its quite fun.

Im looking at getting a newer VW Jetta Turbo Diesel as a DD. only 100hp, but 34/45 gas mileage, and diesel! It sounds like a winner.

Soooo cut your gas cost by maybe 75% and add insurance and car payment. Still doesn't add up as a savings in my head Are you still paying mad insurance and payments on the truck?

The payment is $20 more than the truck and insurance is like $200 a year more. And I am paying 1/2 the gas a week. Plus I will have it payed off in about 2 years.
