Well I recently finished my H/C/I swap and went to turn on my A/C and the middle vents aren't blowing...I'm pretty sure it is related to one of the two pictures I'm going to post...

Thanks for any help...

I think the second picture (on the driver side firewall) is what is causing it...because I can put my finger over the "A/C" hose (doesn't have an end to it) and it has suction...where does the other end attach to assuming I get a new vacuum hose to fit that...The A/C is the middle hose on the firewall (second pic)...

I'd say the first pic is more related. Looks like your missing a vacuum line.

My Mix setting doesn't work. It just opens the floor vents. Check and see if all the lines are not kinked.

Probably a broken or loose small vacuum line in the engine compartment since he just did a intake swap.

READY FOR THIS?

look on your firewall's passenger side, where the hood light "switch" is. past where your a/c goes into your cabin. theres a check valve "t" there. plenty o' times it either jets jacked, or gets unhooked, and that goes to you Air controls.

I'm pretty sure it is related to the second pic because on the first pic (I looked at old pics before I started the h/c/i swap and the a/c worked fine...there were only two vacuum lines on that...just like there are now...)...

The second pic where the "a/c" line is (you can see the letters on that firewall tree)...has vacuum when you put your finger over it...it will suck your finger to the hose...

Tomorrow (to late now)...I'll check the "t" valve...I'm guessing it looks like a "t"...and your talking about where the condesor lines go into the firewall right?

the second pic, one of the lines that comes out of the vacuum tree that is labeled A/C has to run across the back of the motor compartment and to another vacuum junction that is attached to the firewall and is kinda circular...that is what controls air coming out of the vents

If you could get a pic or if someone could post a pic how it goes...it would be greatly appreciated... ...because there is nothing connected to it...it is almost a clean cut...probably were a fitting went right there at the end of the bend...I just don't see how I could lose a hose???...

A pic would be nice to show where it leads into...so I can get the right hose...

Well I got good news...after fishing around for a couple minutes...I found a long skinny vacuum line that was not connected and was near the "second pic" a/c hose that had no end to it...so I pushed it in the hole and now the a/c works just like it had before
