My current exhaust set up is Magnapack cat back with Mac Prochamber and stock headers. So far this has been my favorite sounding exhaust set up Ive ever heard, but now I want something a little more. Im thinking BBK LT's or maybe MAC, but probably BBK and a catted h pipe. With the catted h will I be able to pass emissions/insection even with the LT's? How hard is it to install LT's on an auto GT, have any of you done it? Do you know where I can find detailed instructions on the install? Thanks a lot.

Also has anyone cut their prochamber to fit with LT's?

i was thinking that you couldn't do mac with a auto, because it wouldn't clear the auto tranny  i could be way off on that though. but i did cut down my prochamber for the longtubes on my last car. fit like a glove. but i had them order ball & socket flanges to weld on so that it would all line up & unbolt if need be :nice:

I emailed CR Motorsports and they said both would fit. I love the o/r sound, but at the same time I need to pass emissions. So Im hoping I can cut down my prochamber, weld on some fake cats and then when its time for emissions just swap the mid pipe back to the catted H.

that's what i'm doing, except i'm borrowing a buddies catted H :D but not saying that CR is wrong, but double check on the LT thing, cause it would really suck to find out in the middle of that install that they didn't work. not saying that i'm right, at all, i just don't wanna see you screwed :nice:

Yeah I agree, thanks for the help. Anyone else have any answers to my questions?

Anyone have any advice on H vs X pipe? I have a h pipe (prochamber) right now and I love the sound. I want to keep the h pipe sound, but I also want to get a good gain out of the new set up. Do you guys think there will be a huge hp difference, over 5hp? Also do you think the o/r pipes with LT's will be too loud? Personally I dont think theres such thing as too loud, Im just kinda worried about the cops. But I havent had any trouble with my current set up.
