I am not missing it this year. Last year was the first I have ever missed.

did you have to paint that console to make it match the black or what...... I really want one of those newer consoles..... cause of the layout, but i am afraid it won't match unless i dye it.......don't like that stuff......

yes, he painted it because his interrior was black and the stang it came out of had gray interrior...... with any luck you can find one from a stang that has the same color interrior as yours

they have what they call dark grey, and to me it's close to black but just not the same.....

Yep... painted it... and it didnt come out gloss black for some weird reason.

Then I painted the bezel that goes around the shifter before I put the leather boot on and it came out perfectly.

Maybe I'll try the console again.

i did one that was tan for my car at one time.... while back before i picked up my black one i have now.....


I used degreaser scrubbed it down, used alcohol before i painted it, and a tack cloth...... a bit overboard but whatever..... I came out good only thing is once you put a couple coats of that stuff on it seems to actually dull instead of get better.....

damn, awesome find. I am looking for leather seats as well, but no salvage yard has them here and the ebay ones usually go for over 400
