I wish I made them. I bought the valve covers off ebay. I didn't make the little graphics that are on them though.

Where did you get the gauge rings? They look a lot better than the explicit auto ones

+3 on the gauge rings, I wanna know where to get them. I have been lookin for something like that for a long time.

I really like the mounting position in place of the A/C vent in the dash, very clever. I also really think your interior is perfect, I wish mine looked like that...workin on it though.

The car looks like sex on wheels as usual, DAMN I can't wait to get that hood!!!

Yeah, thats a pretty trick piece that most people don't notice. As far as I know I am the only one that has one. Basically it is stock gauges but the trim ring (bezel) is one from a company named SimCo Ltd. They are the company that makes the complete gauge clusters for Saleen, Roush, and Autometer. I called and spoked to Craig to see if I could just purchase one of the bezels for a 1995. He said they didn't do one for a 1995 but he checked into it and sent me just the bezel to try and see if it worked. Well as you can see it did. They make them in chrome or like I have silver.

Just so you know that don't actually work or sell to the general public, most of what the do is sell custom gauge clusters made in quanities to companys like Saleen or Roush that make or redesign a run of vehicles. He was more than happy to hook me up and may do the same for you. Just tell him that Thomas Clark sent you and fill him in on what we did and that it worked. The web address is www.simcoltd.com and you can check out what they do there.

His contact info is Craig - 1-810-245-0188 and his ext is either 3 or 5 and let him know I sent you.

Again, good eye, most people don't notice that peice. I was in the same boat as you guys, I knew what I wanted but no one offer it and autometer said they didn't have any plans to make on for our cars, so I just went to the source.

It's his buddy's L. They are/were doing a motor build for it too, was supposed to be pretty crazy. I never heard any more about it though.

Clark any word on the cost of those gauge bezels? I might have to order some up because then they will match my Lunar gauges!

Well, like I said, Craig hooked me up. He only charged me $30. He said it was to cover shipping and his time for looking into it, that sort of thing. So someone will have to contact him to see what the cost is, because the way he talked to me he wasn't charging me for the actual part. Let me know what you come up with.

Dan- Yeah we got the Lightning together. Still only on break in miles and such but I gotta tell ya that thing is gonna blow the doors off the Cobra and he still doesn't have the KB on it yet. He is gonna get that this winter.
