Well after not being able to drive my car for over two months due to severe engine problems, I finally got it back from the mechanic.
The engine was a stock 73 302, 2V (holley)
The engine was completely rebuilt.
Now I got the 302 with:
Holley 600 cfm
power plus typhoon intake
bigger, hydrolic cam ('73 cam was puny)
worked heads (I wanted to get some 351 heads but ran out of $)
electonic ignition
new crank
dual flowmaster exhuast (wanted to get some shorty headers but ran out of $)
The car is much more responsive compared to my old, dead 302. Looks alot nicer, feels stronger, sounds great. I cant wait to finish breaking her in.
