While at a local dealership they had two Roush Stage 1's on the lot parked next to each other, one with stripes and one without. It seemed that with the stripes it make the car look less wide and sit taller, I think making it look less aggressive. Of coure I have always thought the same thing about the Vipers etc. Just my $.02

Okay, but she is going to have the crimson red interior - will the black stripes be okay with the red interior?

I agree. I think black stripes are the best color for the silver. I think they would look great with the red interior. That's not completely red anyway, is it? Doesn't it have some black accents?

Sacha, this has to be my favorite mustang I have seen yet. I was not a big fan of the WVB, but I think the stripes, and the wheels make the car look really sweet. Its a perfect Combo. Good Stuff. Sorry for being :OT:

Does anyone know where in Cleveland Ohio I can get stripes done? I've been thinking about it and want to get the Gold ones for my Black V6, similar to the Mustang sticker thats on the side of the car.

Thanks. I do love the colour combo - I never would've thought of it myself, but I saw her on the showroom floor and just had to have her. I was actually walking in to order a black one (which would've taken 3 months to get). Instead I saw this one and had it within 3 days.

Nice car Sacha... that windveil blue looks niiiiiiiice with the silver stripes!

I did a quick edit on it, and think it looks especially nice with center fogs and spoiler delete...

EDIT: Apparently cardomain is being finicky right now, but perhaps it'll come up sooner or later.

I actually like the fog lights as is. As for the spolier, I wish it had a ducktail spoiler on it. However, unlike most people it seems, I do prefer the stock spoiler to the spoiler delete.

Yea, the ducktail is my favorite as well... just relocating the lamps and putting the delete on there just made it reminiscent of the old Shelby GT350...

Still, a very nice lookign color combo that I would not have otherwise thought of.

I'm looking to get stripes for my car as well. But i'd rather have them painted on. Anyone have a guess on how much black painted on stripes would be?

White/red interior/red stripes anyone???

I'm having my dealer put on stripes $675, but they do the 12"Lemans Stripes (thats with the outer 1/4" stripes) all the way down front and back.
I've seen them do Black on yellow and it was tight...really good looking for decals vs. paint.
My new white GT has the red interior and I'm having 18" Zenetti 5 silvers put on.

Can't decide on the body kit, I think they rape you on that install????? He's being nice and selling me the GT for list (if I do the aftermarket stuff? Go figure..I guess I'd rather pay 8K mark up and get something for my 8K...ha!

Any feedback on my planned mods .....iT'S A LITTLE FLASHY, but I have a WIndveil; blue automatic for my work car, no mods.

My one concern is the body kit doesn't have just a whole lot of clearance and I plan on playing alot in this one, since it is a manual trans., and tons of fun just to play with. Any feedback on possible regrets I might have with the body kit ?
Would I be better off spending my 4K under the hood somewhere? I'm more concerned with playing than lookiing cool.

Those of you who have stripes and the rear spoiler, did you get the stripe kit (or paint) that go over the top of the spoiler? How does that look? I love the stripes that go all the way to the rear bumper, but can't decide how I feel about them going over the rear spoiler. Does anyone have pics of how this looks?

You paid $625 to have vinyl strips put on your car.
