Yep, losing storage in my dads garage, no other way to keep it. Going to get raped when I sell it becuase it was basically a project car that I was right in the middle of that got put on hold.

Oh well, might be better off, Ill buy a cleaner one with less problems in a few years.

Time to start drinking but Im all out

I refuse to sell my GT40 intake becuase I doubt Ill be able to buy it again when I get around to buying another stang.

Already have a DD dont need another stang at the moment. Honestly I might be better off with it gone, it was a project put on hold till Im done with college. But still it was my first car I bought at 16 and its kinda tough to part with.

Know how you feel bro. Lost my baby which was my first 90GT many years ago due to a f'n crazy ex-girlfriend, a drug habit and a stupid, stupid decision. Sold it to keep her dumb ass out of jail. Which to this day I still regret even though I have replaced it. Moral of the story, don't do drugs!!! They make you do stupid S**t.

Let me tell ya, you will regret it. I sold my first stang a laser red 89 lx before I got married to my X wife and I still wish I had that car. Think about it.

Time to go to work, work all day, search for underpants, yayyyy! We won't stop until we find underpants. Yum, yum, yummy-yum, yayyyy!

Keep all the go-fast goodie parts, motor, and trans. Sell the shell. Stash said goodies somewhere. Buy a four-banger or another nice project 5.0 later. Install said goodies and motor/trans. Enjoy.

NOOOOOOO....DON'T DO IT!!! You will regret it everyday that it is gone! I still have my first car. 1981 olds cutlass supreme brougham, had it since I was 17 blew the motor when I was 18 and still have it (in pieces!) I have told many g/f's and my wife, "I will get rid of you before that car, you'd better believe that!" If you have any friends that can store it for you, you would be better off. Plus later on down the road you won't kick yourself for getting rid of it!

Just my .02!

it sucks to sell your first fox... you'll regret it and if you see a fox here and there it will bring back the pain of not having it anymore and these things are getting rarer and rarer these days I don't see much at all of foxes running around like I did say 5 years ago.. now I only see them down at atco raceway or at the street races so if you are going to pickup a nice one and not expect to pay a good chunk then don't wait too long on doing it

and what parts you have for sale

There is no place you can tuck it like off to the side of a driveway or behind the house or someplace where you can park it and cover it? Maybe a friend or relative has some available space? Seriously, explore every possible option before you make such a final decision. I have sold far too many cars, and there is one in particular that I really wish I had kept. If I had just kept it, I propbably wouldnt have bought and sold so many others.

I also regret selling my first stang! There has to be someone you know that will help you store it... If not, do what you got to do and move on man.

I will never sell my stang! It was my first car too. I may end up like you where it becomes a project car, but I'll never sell it!

Don't do it man. Like everyone else said, search for places to keep it before you do anything like sell it. Don't make the biggest mistake in your car life.

I will always regret selling my first car. Was an 84.5 GT350 AOD hatch. I loved that car. Now every day when I drive home I see one going the opposite way and it makes me miss that car all over again and that was almost 20 years ago when I sold it.

Its ok, you will sell other ones that you will kick yourself for selling latter in life.
I once owned a '79 Little Red Express and sold it for $1800 thinking it was just another truck. Damn things go for 15-20K now

Agreed, I'm in the same boat. I'm thinking of selling mine, taking a huge loss, and getting a TERMI!!!!..

Only a mysti-chrome termi though.. no else.

no way they were touched by God.

just my experience the LSx will give more bang for the buck and is more reliable than a Fox.

that being said I am on my second fox
