granitelli or bbk subframes?

my mistake, steeda makes some that are cr-moly, but not with supports for $120, i just looked on the website, but the ones they carry with seat support brackets don't say what material they're made from for $160

so bold ins are a bad idea? and ont that subject, both are weld ins but the bbk have the bolt in optoin but id rather have them welded. what are the seat support brackets for? and are they worth the extra money?

Yeah bolt ins are a bad idea, since they will still flex. The seat bracket tie on to the seat bolts for more support; don't know if they are worth the money since I have never used SFC without the seat support.

The way I look at it, the seat bolts are only there so that you can use the bolts to pull the connectors up tight to the subframes and make them ready for welding. The Kenny Brown connectors I installed have those seat bolt provisions. It's pretty convienient to get everything into postion prior to welding and know that it's as tight to the subframes as it can get before you start melting metal to metal.
