Hi, I just started my 1999 GT mods with a full length densecharger with new Pro-m mass air calibrated specifically for the cai. Then an accufab 70mm t-body and plenum, and a borla cat back exhaust. These things together should get you 25-30 HP and the car sounds perfect. It winds up twice as fast, and pulls into the red MUCH easier than before. For around 1200 bucks if you have the money, this is an awesome start. Car is not loud, but still very mean sounding!!! Future mild mods to come. I love the cars driveability and dont want to ruin that aspect. I also have a 2002 BMW Z3, but the stang is MUCH faster and fun in a strait line!

I'll say it's addicting... I bought the densecharger with the K&N, claimed that it was all I was going to do to the car....
almost 10k later, here I am. jonesing to put buy my next mod....

Performance parts are like crack... you'll find yourself kneeling in front of your tuner going "PLEASE!! Just 5 more horses, that's all I need!!"

After spending a year in the desert, I treated myself to the mods in my sig. Now I'm thinking about the tb/plenum mod. Just want to be sure that it works by doing a bit of research. Oh by the way I bought all those parts on the same day. It was around $4,000. :D

I would say maybe 10rwhp,15 at the most and that is really pushing it.

Gears should be the first thing done to mustangs. :)

im sorry i have to disagree. after looking at my stock ride height im so thankful i did suspension early on. the car just looks 10x better.

but im getting gears soon. :nice:
