grill insert

i was wanting to know who much trouble it is to instal one of the 93 cobra inserts into an 88. i think that insert looks cool and ive looked for articals but i cant find one.

They're easy to put in, but kinda expensive. I had one for awhile, really liked it til it got broken when I hit a deer.

How exactly does it mount? I assume you have to cut the bumper cover, right?

Yeah, you just cut out the center of the LX grille. The grille comes with a template that shows you exactly where you have to cut. Then the grille itself is held in with two sided tape and two small sheetmetal screws in the top.

I don't have any real close up pics, but I do have a picture of mine from the front after I got it installed. I check it when I get home to see if it shows an detail and post it up if it does.

BTW I got mine from Design Concepts. It was quite nicely made.
