Gt-40 heads truck list?

Anyone have a list of trucks that came with the Gt-40 heads or the GT-40P's? any help would be appreciated thanx guys

How much does a junkyard set go for usually? and they would be the GT-40's Iron 's from the lightning and the aluminum P's from the explorer /mountaineer right? looking to pick up a real cheap set of stockers either one's
