GT cutting out at full throttle, Help!!

I have a 2001 gt with 4r70w. Recently it has been cutting out at full throttle. Under part throttle driving it seems ok, but as soon as i smash the pedal, the trans shifts and the motor just cuts out really bad. I put all new plugs in it and no codes are being put out by the computer. Any ideas on what I should check?

thats odd. When was the last time you replaced your fuel filter? Almost sounds like its not getting enough gas. What exactly does it do? Does it try to die on you?

I replaced the filter pretty recently. It kinda jumps around on the rpms almost like a really harsh rev limiter. I was thinking maybe the fuel pump is going out? dont really know though

What all mods do you have? An oiled K&N air filter? It could be your MAF running you lean on the top end.

I would seriously clean that MAF sensor and then see if you are still having issues. Let us know, man.

could be traction control engaging. But no green light so i dunno.
