GT Speedometer in a V6?

* but .... has anyone successfully swapped out a GT Delux Speedometer into a V6?

I'm curious why you would want to? Do you want the speedo to go up to 140? Or do you want the gauges in the middle and the information console?

If it's not the speedo, there is a V6 version of the console (only goes up to 7k RPM and redline is 5750 instead of 6k). I know because I just went and looked at mine.

As far as getting the GT one to work right, I would have no idea.

My guess would be you would have to possibly change the ECM too. But I aint no Tech. You need a good doctor.

If I had to guess, I'd say this is possible given that you are able to change the ECM to account for different tire sizes too.

I am interested in the same idea. I want the speedo to goto 140mph, and all the gadges as well. I am going to ask around, is there someone selling a gt gadge set?
