GT vs Cobra suspesion

Does anyone know what the difference is between the front end of the 03' Cobra and an 02' GT? I have the opportunity to swap over all the suspension parts from a Cobra and I wanted to know if there was an advantage (ie. weight savings, ride height, etc)?
