Got the H/C/I done a few weeks ago with mild worked GT40's/270 comp cam/performer/1.6 RR/BBK LT's/KC clutch and 3.73's.It dynoed 274/310 at a very rich 10.5-11.2 A/F ratio.A friend gave me a set of 24# injectors and a C&L 76mm MAF to try, needless to say the car ran so much better in all areas I paid him immediately.
My car is a full weight/all option/GT seated hatch with 17" cobra R's with nitto DR's on back.It was opening day yesterday at the track and I'm pretty rusty so I couldn't muster anything better then a 1.99 60'.My runs were all at 13.28 to 13.34 at 105.5-106.2 mph .8th mile was right at 8.56 and 83 mph.
I had the tires down to 17 pounds and dumping the clutch in the box in 2nd got me a good smokey burn out but no matter the launch rpm it would spin. This would result in a short shift to 2nd or hold it at 5500 until it caught.
Overall I'm pretty happy knowing with better track prep and some seat time the car will run some high 12's.

Sounds like some good numbers there, now if you could just hook up off the line, it sounds like you could very well be in the high 12's. Good luck in the future and keep us posted.

With 274rwhp in an LX you should get down to 12.8X with good traction.

Its a magnum series 270 on a 114,not the XE series.I had a friend install the XE270 and I'm not sure about what the deal was but the rocker arms had a pretty good sewing machine noise and idle surge issues.Mine id stock quiet and never surges at 900 rpm.Its like a different car since the C&L and 24's,drive-ability is stock and pulls harder to 6K.Just wish the track and my driving was so bad.

I just got dynoed at 262.6hp and 335tq with stock heads, cam, and intake.just have the lower intake ported .but the fastest my car went down the track was 13.6@ 100mph..if I have more torque and 10 less hp than lions fan this thing should be faster.
