Still doing my intake swap...... was on it all day yesterday and man, did i run into some problems. So I got the lower intake off, cleaning the gasket and decided to switch it up and work on the ground (I think it's a ground) from the back of the engine, where it connects with some bolt and another thing wiring connection coming from the wiring harness of the fuel injectors. the wire between the block and firewall looks like a flattened hose and is located on the driverside rear right on the corner where the head is on the intake... I know it's not a thermactor hole as I still have that plumbing set up. Well I dropped the bolt and it happened to fall when I was trying to put it back in. No idea where it went, saw it fly back and hit the bellhousing and is lodged somewhere near the tranny on a framerail or something. Looked for hours and still nothing. Well went to hardware store and bought every consievable bolt to fix the problem and none of them work. I think it is like a 9/16 course thread or something by the looks of it, but don't have it, so here is the question:

Can I remount that to another spot on the block, like for instance on one of the headbolts to the lower intake or somewhere else? Or what do you guys think I should do... Had to miss class today because of this and really want to get this thing out of the way......

I guess one more question:

How in all god's name do you get the coolant line running to the passenger side front of the intake off, seems to be impossible considering it is over a 1 inch wrech size and I don't have it. Also how about the act sensor mounting, don't have or can't find a deep well once inch socket....

That ground strap is prob the 02 sensor heater ground and mine is grounded on one of my lower intake bolts(its a stud) along with the other ground strap going to the chassis. About the big coolant thing, either get the appropraite size or use channel lock pliers, that what i used on mine same for the ACT sensor...and dont put the ground strap under the head bolt

how about grounding it on one of the brackets that the injector's bolt up to the intake with? would that work? And how about the missing bolt, is that going to cause a problem with no bolt in there? no gases or coolant or anything coming out?
