yeah, once before, and i just recently finished the damage (the cracked part broke off completely).


the pony, too, has seen better days...

long story short, i hit a raised median i didn't know was there while out of town, semi-drunk at midnight on a quest to gas up for the trip home the next morning. stupid, i know..

anyhow, the front bumper just cracked--the rear was the worst. but over the past couple weeks, it was raining pretty bad down here. the cracked part broke off in one of the rain storms.

man you should see my bumper. it was painted with spray paint by the guy who had the car before me. when it rains, the bumper turns whitish grey until it dries out.

don't they make a film/clover thats clear that you can put on a newly painted bumper so it looks new all the time and it resist chipping from rock and bugs?????????????

i'm going w/ ABC Ex again, Keven. this bumper really held up to the abuse i've put it through.

i'm also doing two things: 1) making sure my painter uses flex agent in the clear, and 2) waxing the crap out of it/3M clear bra

yeah, Jimmy, going w/ the same bumper. anything lower and it'll bust up quicker than this one did.

plans are to re-work this one i have--smooth out the lines, sand it down, prime it, and maybe sell it for some cash or keep as a spare.

Tom didn't do the caps, but i'm sure he would've done a kick-ass job. he did make a bigger skull for me that i have on the rear windshield, and another i put on my guitar.
