Run a 4 gauge ground wire from the anyplace on the engine block to the chassis ground by the battery. The best way is to run it from the place where the battery grounds to the block up to the chassis ground. Use a piece of string to get the right cable length.

I used a gold bolt from an auto stereo shop and connected all the grounds to it. No corrosion on the gold bolt, and I know that the ground is good and solid.

Hey Jrickher.

Thanks dude!!!

I swapped my old starter out for the PA perf. starter and changed all my charging wires to 4 gauge even the primary ground. My question is-Should i add another ground or change that skinny one that attaches to the negative of the battery as well to a 4 gauge????

Thanks Anthony :flag: :nice:
