it really depends on what you want to do. saying you want a pad that stops well, is quiet, doesnt dust and doesnt eat up rotors is like asking for a blonde with big cans that can keep up with any of us on a car conversation, bad idea, cause i know one. but anyway. a pad that will tend to give good fade free braking will tend to dust and make noise. the intro hawk pads tend to be the best of everything. for heavy track use you might want to consider having a track set of pads.
note: when i say track i mean road racing.
