I'm getting ready to install my volt meter and oil pressure gauge in the a pillar. I'm curious as to where you guys ran the wires through the firewall. Do i have to drill holes? I looked under there breifly and don't see any other way of doing it. Any help would be great and what ever other tips you may have. :flag:

Pull off the drivers side door sill and pull out the kick panel on the drivers side.. in there theres a rubber plug, pop that out, get a gromet for it and put them through there.. from there you can run it up through the inside of the fender and into the engine bay where the brakes are

In the plug where the stock wires go through or is there another plug?

there is a rubber plug right behind and above the drivers side valve cover. here is a pic. and yes, my engine is dirty.:nonono::p

EDIT: wtf is up with stangnet? it won't let me attach the pic even tho i have tons of storage space and the file is only 16kb. aaarrrrgh.

Have any of you guys wired your gauges into the fues pannel for power verses slpicing into the wires? The directions for my oil pressure gauge say to connect to the ingnition. What have you guys done. Also i am going to have to pull the dash bezel and headlight knob off to connect the gauges to the headlights right?
