Thanks for the help guys. I figured out my problem. You see I only opened the box and took out one spacer. Well today I took out the other spacer and low and behold there was a bag in the bottom of the box with had low profile lug nuts in it. Put them on and they cleared perfectly. I am such a dumb a$$, sorry about wasting your time.

Anyways I cut the studs down and finally finished the install. Looks great and the wheels line up perfect with the fender edge. Thanks again guys, and I will try not being so dumb in the future but I think I was born that way.
Yeah, I think those are the ones. Quality was great and after I got my head out of my butt, I installed them with no problems. I had to cut down the studs on the car a little but no big deal. Here are the pics:
