H-Pipe Exhaust Help

Hi,

I'm sure this has been asked before..... I have a 97 Cobra, bought out of state. had Off road H-pipe, I do have the factory H-pipe but may have bad cats. Who makes a State legal H/X pipe? I would like the performance but want it legal. And not interested in constantly swaping pipes out. I'm located in Milwaukee, WI 53037.
Looking for advice....

Looking at the emission test for WI, they look similar to the ones here in WA. If you have a '96 or newer (OBD II) they only plug into the computer and look for fault codes. If you have MIL eliminators or have a tune with the rear o2's turned off then nothing will show in the computer and your car will pass no problem. So basically no check engine light, no worries.
