H Pipe question.

I just installed my BBK O/R H pipe last night and it sounds great. The only thing is the air pipe from my smog pump doesnt align with the bung on the h pipe. I dont want to bend the pipe to make it fit just in case i have to throw the stock one back on to smog. What can i use to block that opening on the H pipe?

you can just use a length of heater hose instead of plugging it off. when i removed my smog pump, i used a short piece of hose, folded it over and put a hose clamp on it to seal it off. it's ghetto, but it works.

the hose you will need is 3/4" ID. I used a piece of hydraulic hose on mine, (to hook it up), not to block it off. You can't bend that stuff, so heater hose would work.

My BBK O/R H pipe came with a piece of of hose to hook up the air pump.
