Go onto americanmuscle.com and click on their technical articles, they have a good spring install writeup.
I tend to unbolt the strut at the top and let the control arm down with a floor jack, versus unbolting the shock from the control arm, etc. because I find those bolts hard to move without an impact gun. Just be wary of the fact that there are two ways to do this.

like I said there's two ways to do this, they do it the way I don't prefer because they unbolt the shock at the bottom, whereas I unbolt it at the top at the plate which is significantly easier IMHO. Just remember to get an alignment, and you might need C/C plates but an alignment will determine that.
