h&r springs on a fox vs sn95?

i'm thinking of buying a set of used h&r springs did research and h&r application says...

h&r app stated: "1997, Super Sport, V6,V8, R1.75, F1.6, #51652-77"

guy said even though for 97, it work fine on his 94.

can i make this work on mine? Have any of you done this before with springs?
if so would it sit lower or higher, give bad ride, any feedback would be great..

i took the h&r coils off my dads 95 cobra after he fractured his neck in a accident, schwab just swapped my stocks coils off my 88 gt with his and they worked perfect. id think 87 to 98 would be all pretty much the same. i dont have facts on that, just a guess.
