WTF do the isolators do? What is the drop for 99-04 stangs with the H&R SS springs? Are you guys running CC plates, or are they not needed for the SS springs? I'm thinking about springs as my next mod...

Well, only had time to do the rears because it got dark. I hate UPS, my packages never show up til 4:30-5pm 
Its sits noticeably higher than my Sportlines did out back but sadly i'll have to wait a few days to do the fronts. Hope thats not bad for the car to run different springs

Some take them out for more of a drop but you sacrifice a bit of ride quality and possibly squeaking like i gotthe98stang said:
They basically dampen noise and vibration. The drop for the H&R SS is pretty big on the 99-04 stangs. about 1.75 in front and 1.6 out back. You will need CC Plates AND aftermarket shocks/struts to run these springs.
