Its Kinda like a 4-Door Mustang.... With a Small V-8

The owner of this car is a Good friend of mine. The owner Hired me to do Full paint correction on this car because, and I quote, "Handz Is Thug".

This Car is a DD. It has 120,XXX Miles on the Clock. Its lives its entire life outside and has gone through 2 motors. Car is beat on everyday in LA Traffic since Day 1 of Owning the car. Car has driven to vegas 10 or more times from LA and driven to mexico. Car sat in the Fresno dirt BS for a while.... So lots of work for me lol

This is the 3.9 V8 Model

Full Paint Correction Exterior with Headlight Restoration. Light wheel cleaning because they are Spray painted.

The owner helped me work on this job so we did it in a day and a half!!!

Silver is a PITA to find defects on and the Lincoln Paint is Rock hard.... It made this Job annoying.

Time Invested: 16 hours (2 Guys Working)

- CG Citrus Wash+Gloss
- CG Citrus Wash Clear
- CG Orange Degreaser

- Stoner Tarminator

Clay:
- CG Heavy Claybar

Paint Correction:
Hitachi SP18VA
- CG No.721/LC CCS Orange + Wool (Roof)
- CG No.778/CG Black Flat Pad
PorterCable 7424
- CG Wet Mirror Finish/Hexlogic Blue

Protection:
- CG Jetseal109
- CG 50/50 Pure Concours

Plastic & Tires:
- CG Silk Shine

Metal:
- CG Metal Shine
- CG Window Cleaner

Headlights:
- 3M Sand Paper (800,1500,2000
- CG Scratch+Swirl B-Gone
- CG Pro Polish 3N

The License Plate Has a Chrome Frame that is Totally Trashed!!! We cant remove the Plate frame from the Plate because its glued to the Plate itself because the Owner has a HUGE subwoofer in the trunk and it prevents the vibration. We decided to use some Semi Gloss Paint I had laying around to make it look better!!!





Scuffed with 800 Grit



Looks Like New painted Black!!!



Hit the Scuffed Door handled because they were Scratched to Hell

That is crazy! I'm hoping to detail mine over my Easter break in a few days. I'll probably peel over and pass out if mine turns out half as good as your jobs do. lol.

I too own my own detailing business Great work!!!! Lots of attention to detail. How much do you charge for a Full paint correction where you live? In NY I usually can average about 250-500 for an exterior 3-4 step buff process with rotary and porter cable.

"Handz is definitely Thug" lol, sir you are very good at what you do. I would love to clean the paint on my laser red because it has plenty of swirl marks but you just listed like 25 different products and i have no idea what they are hehe. Good job man good job.
