Detailing and polishing paint? Yes. Cleaning an interior? No. As long as it isn't already battered and old, some good quality interior wipes, glass cleaner, and a trip to the car wash to use the vaccuum will get the same results.

Never seen any aftermarket deck that looks "cheap" looking, but to each his own Look in the other thread about the guy that replaced his double din with a cool Pioneer unit. I know the front on yours is different, but it shouldn't be too hard to find a double din one, even in good condition. They add A LOT of functionality; plus, who listens to, or even makes cassette tapes any more?

I'm thinking that using a vacuum, Windex and Armor All won't get you the same results as these pics here. You'll get good enough results to be satisfied but this here is taking to a whole nother level

Lol, maybe I'm alone on this one, but I specifically make tapes just to listen to them in the 'stang. I feel retro when I do that (I'm 18)
And plus, some of the best music in my house is on cassette tapes

Oh, and for the record, SRTHandz, you are still the god of detailing in my mind

I'll post some up when I get a chance, AFTER I use basic stuff to detail my interior. And mine gets driven 60 miles every day.

Also, how did you know I was big? Trying to not be an idiot, are you?

Nice. Youre nuts!!!

Any issues cleaning the clear plastic cover over the gauge cluster? I remember folks saying they were easy to scratch up, so I tend to avoid cleaning it until it filthy. What do you use?

Seriously..... Why doesnt Stangnet have a Detailing Sub-Forum?

I was helping a certain site with their detailing section..... But some Douchbag named "Paul" messed that one up....

Car looks as it just got to the dealership!

Handz, are you still able to get the microfiber towels at a discount price?

Looks great! I am a fan of the shiny look too I spend a couple hours minimum on my interior every wash! And Armarol products are garbage for all those that said they work just as good!
