hard to start

HI all, on my 90 GT it has been hard to start ever since it has been cold out. It will start then die. It will take 1 or 2 times to get it started ad stay running. Have to let it warm up a few minutes then everything is fine. It has been in the 19's in the mornings when it does this. Any idea what is causing this?

Vac leak
Fuel delivery issue
Wiring ..could be alot of things.

Is it cranking & not starting.....? or does it crank & start fine then end up stalling out?

No it cranks fine. Just starts and dies. Then start it again it will run rough if you give it gas , kinda like it wants to die. Once it runs for a minute or so it is fine. It just does it on first startup in cold weather.

Clean the throttle body & IAB, clean the IAB electrical contacts in the connector.
