im swapping out stock spoiler for a saleen spoiler, my question is, what hardware is used? does the stock hardware swap over, or do I buy new at the hardware store? if so what sizes do I need?
thanks

Usually new ones come with new hardware. If it is used I would ask the seller if it’s included. The nuts were different from my Cervinis cobra wing and my LX spoiler.

Unfortunately it all depends on the manufacturer of your Saleen spoiler. They each use different hardware from each manufacturer. My old saleen wing had threaded inserts molded into the bottom and I simply used a 3/4" long bolt and washer from the bottom of the hatch. 3 on each side plus one hole for the brake light wire.

Another thing to consider is that they also use different methods of mounting them and you still might need to fill a few holes and drill a few others on a GT hatch.

santos, did you figure this out?
I just got a used Saleen (original saleen) hatch wing for my GT and it didn't come with any hardware. I can't tell if there are threaded inserts in the holes. If there are, they are smaller than the bolts holding my GT wing on.
I gotta figure this out also!

mine had threaded inserts, I just went to the hardware store and got some bolts. they should be the same size as the factory "pins" that are threaded

I think I have the gaskets that go between the wing and truck if anyone is interested. I can confirm tonight
