Tried using a puller, broke the hardened bolts that came with it, i dunno what it is about this balancer but it went on so tight and now it isnt budging, is there any other tool i can use to remove it?

As mentioned, the crank bolt has to be removed all the way out and then the washer removed. Screw in the bolt about halfway in the crank threads and 're-do' the balancer removal process.

When you put on the balancer, you lined it up with the crank keyway right?:)

How did you acheive the 345 stroker? Is that a 3.400" stroke with a 4.020" piston? Or a typo?

Good Luck!

the 345 is a 3.33 stroke with a 4.060 bore, i did take the washer out, was thinking about mabye heating it up, havent really had a chance to work on it so im gonna see if i can get er done today

just tried again with no luck, im pretty much done with the car for this year, it seems like everytime i do something with the car it fights me all the way. Darwins law was definitly in effect when i bought this motor

Good Luck!

Is the 3.33" stroke crank custom or from a factory car?

its a custom Bryant crank, i didnt build the motor i bought it used and it had been sitting for a few months after being freshened up out of the machine shop. The motor is great but i have just been having the most rediculous problems with it for the last 3 months. just really frustrating and summer is almost over so im thinking about letting it sit for the winter and think about what its done
