harmonic balancer

has anyone had a harmonic balancer squeal.i thought it was a pulley out of alignment but everything is lined up and the squeal seems to be coming from under the car right by the balancer.the squeal is only on startup for about 5 seconds goes away then a small squeal and then its gone. its a sfi 50oz on my 90 fox w/vortech.

new belt, gatorback,and routing is proper.i removed the belt started it and no noise so its not the hb.i think the fuel pump a1000 aeromotive is a huge draw on the alt and that might be causing my squeal.its only on start up,not while driving.i've done everything possible,right down to degreasing and scrubbing all pullies including the belt.all pullies are in alignment,and the tensioner,alt,and water pump are new including an idler pulley.no a/c,ps,or smog are on the car.ideas!!!!
