I bought a set similar to those for my f150. My reccomdation is to replace the crappy bulbs they come with for some better ones. Mine went out about a month after I bought them. I replaced them with sylvania bulbs and have had no problem since.

I saw some of those at a show last week and they looked kinda cheesy. I got ours from www.50resto.com and they seem to be very nice quality.

Check 'em out

Wythors, which ones are the ones you bought specifically? I am looking on the 50resto webpage right now and see a set called "1994-98 Ultra Clear Smoked Headlight Kit" are these the ones?

The 2000R came through with smoked headlights, and they are definately not as bright at the clear ones....at some point I may upgrade to brighter bulbs to compensate....also, I have heard that some of the aftermarket stuff are poor quality....have seen a few that fogged up inside....see if the seller guarantees what they sell....
