Have any of you FOX guys made your own EGR delete plate? I don't want to spend a bunch of money on a simple piece of metal with some holes cut out if I can simply make it myself for free!

when you guys add the delete plate do you still hook up the vacuum line?
Use a soda can - cut the metal from that and bolt it between you're EGR valve and the EGR plate and you're done.

yep why not? all you're doing is blocking the EGR. so you keep the valve there and block it with a soda can. You don't see it since you trim it up nice. I had this done on my old fox for years and it worked fine haha!
With my current fox, when i do the intake and TB im going to get the egr delete plate so it looks clean.
I've made both an EGR b-off plate and also a billet aluminum EGR spacer (like what Accufab sells). I discovered that the latter has to be pretty thick to keep the throttle linkage away from the fuel lines since it doubles as a throttle bracket mount.
Do you happen to have the dimensions on the delete plate that you made.
The only thing I really need measurements on is the two holes that the cable bracket mounts to.
What I'm going to do is just take a throttle body gasket and use it as a template to cut out the main TB hole, and the holes for the mounting studs.
