Sorry for the non-technical post. I have a listing in the trader. I am in need of the hatch lock motor for my 89. I had the bracket apart when I shaved the lock and now the motor won't move. I have power to the motor, but no action. Is it correct to only have power to this motor when the car is running? Thanks.
