Head Gasket Kit Recommendations

Going to be changing out the head gaskets on my 94 this weekend and wanted to see what gasket kits people recommend using. Can get a complete felpro kit for about 70.00. But was wondering if these are any good. Also had someone tell me that usually when the gasket goes in these motors the bottom end usually goes within the next year....Any truth to this????? Car has about 95K on it and is in otherwise good shape...

I have heard the tri-metal gaskets for the 99+ stangs are the bomb. They will fit pre-99 cars and can hold up to alot of abuse. But you could take a look at www.rpm-mustangs.com at some of the gaskets he has for an idea.

As far as the bottom end holding up, not too sure about that??

I agree- use the 99+ Ford gaskets. I've blown Fel-Pro's before, but the 99+ style gaskets held without a problem.

They are rock solid.
