head gasket sealant?

im putting head gaskets on a semi-modified motor. should i use anything on the head gaskets to help them seal better.

Copper-Kote is OK to use, depending on the gaskets.

Leave them dry. They have been designed for the best seal as is....

depends on the head gaskets you are using. steel shim and copper head gaskets need a sealant, where as fiber gaskets, like the felpro blue gaskets for instance, are designed to be installed dry. there are exceptions to the rules so check the installation instructions that come with the gaskets for best information.
