header install

I am going to install bbk long tube headers on my 93 cobra this weekend. i have the fel-pro header gaskets. i was wondering what else should be done to avoid exhaust leaks or bolts coming loose. thankks

Proper torque, proper torquing sequence, locking header bolts.

Lay a straight edge along the flange face(s) -- and be sure that surface is straight and true (like the head it's bolting to). The last one I had that wasn't, I took to the machine shop and had them mill it flat.
