^Didnt you just say that its your 3rd gasket?
And yes its pretty simple...especially with regular exhaust. If you had a turbo it would be a darn pain...have to either prop the exhaust system up, or remove it along with all the different gaskets.
But for what your doing, just unbolt the X pipe from the headers, and then the X pipe from the catback and remove it. Then unbolt the headers and remove them...just need some a 13MM or 1/2 inch socket W/ extentions and a regular wrench Should be able to do it W/O having to jack the engine up. Time consuming, but not too hard. Just make sure you keep the gasket in good shape when putting it back on...and clean any old gasket off the heads and the header flanges.
I have Peircys seal-4-good dead soft aluminum multilayer reusable gaskets LOL...sounds crazy haha. You can get them from summitracing.com...and make sure they are for the 2V motors as they sell both ones for the 2V and 4V. I think they were like $30 each, and so far so good.
