Header Question

How would these headers help my car performance wise, as in hp and torque. I know how headers work, but i don't know thier exact statistics in helping out power wise.

with just flowmasters, you won't even notice a performance gain from doing them. With what I have in my sig, I wish I had not gotten the MAC ceramics and taken that 400 bones and picked up a Trick Flow streat heat manifold instead. Either that or you could pick up an o/r X or H and a 65mm TB. Pullies are only 100 bucks... short throw shifter 200, GEARS 400 including install, etc.

I found these pulleys what do you think? Would they work on my AODE, or are they only for 5 speeds. Also, it says 8-20hp gain, how much would these give me?

You WILL feel the difference. But while you are getting them, I would get an aluminum set instead of steel. Much lighter and not that much more. I have my ASP aluminum set on my desk waiting to go in and it was 93 bucks to my door.

The pulleys have nothing to do with your transmission, don't matter 5speed or aode.
