I found this article on installation but I was wondering what are the best fitting headers (coated) and X-pipe out.

my vote goes to SLP. they're pricey, but you get what you pay for. I ordered mine a few days ago, basing my decision off of what ive heard from other guys here. whatever you decide, i hope you like them. and good luck with the install, ive heard it can be a PITA. but if you follow the instructions on the links you listed, everything should go smooth

i am for SLP too. i think they make a great product. the other thing i would do is look if they offer a 1 3/4 primary setup. 1 5/8 is a little small, and all mustang headers are this size when i used too build f-bodys the 1 3/4 was the way too go.

Well I steered him towards the SLP stuff so the ceramic 1.75" long tubes (blower car) and catted X-pipe (with race pipe extensions) will be on the way.

I will admit the parts seem to be top notch.

So how much are you guys paying for installation if you don't do it yourself? Just wondering...seems like a lot of work.
