headers - off road H pipe questions???

How much more noise will a setup like what the title to this post make?

Let's say a cop trails me (follows), will he be able to smell, or be able to tell if I have an off road H pipe?

The 3rd question; Welding the Off road H pipe to the headers a bad idea?

Just asking cuz I think I might get a deal at Meineke, to weld that Off road H pipe to the headers.

1. its going to get louder depending on the type of mufflers you have.
2. The cop that trails you probably won't smell anything and chances are he's not going to pull you over if you don't give him/her a reason to.
3. STOP why the hell would you weld the h pipe to the header they bolt right up . If for some reason you have to pull the tranny out you would have to drop the whole exhaust system instead of just the h pipe .
4. You can probably install the headers and h pipe your self save the money on other ugrades

and if you are not sure what combo to get do a seach in this forum and you will be surprised on how many threads there are for this question.

exhaust is an everyday argument about which sounds, performs, and works the best. in the end its all just personal preference.

Plus and exhaust shop cannot legally remove the emissions (or even work on a car that has it missing)
