Headers

I put headers in my fox and i keep losing bolt.... very frustrating.... does anybody (who actually knows what there talkin about) know the correct torque specs for header bolts?

89-92 5.0=18-24 ft.lbs
93 5.0=26-32ft lbs

Why not just buy some Stage 8 locking header bolts so you'll never have to do this again?

i like the new split lock header bolts. i don't have them yet but i will. i've had problems with them coming loose all the time. i currently use allen head bolts and just check now and then. i was looking into the stage 8 lockers but my buddy who has them said that they are a pain in the azz to put on and take off...PB

A small dab of high temp red RTV on each bolt will help.
